Object and subject
Research object: operation processes in a solar-hydrogen metal-hydride power plant. Research subject: parameters and characteristics of operation processes in a solar-hydrogen metal-hydride power plant.
Scientific results
The structure of the stand and metering equipment for experimental study of metal-hydride materials are described. The data of direct measurements and the thermo-sorption characteristics of material LaNi4,5Al0,5 are represented. The characteristic was obtained via the experiment. The safety regulations for working with metal-hydride compounds are described. The diagrams of the hydrogen, vacuum, electric systems, the power supply system, the automatic driving and controlling system, the safety system are shown for the solar-hydrogen metal-hydride power plant. Their functions and composition are stated. The operation algorithm of the solar-hydrogen metal-hydride power plant is described. The characteristics of the samples of the metal-hydride material provided by the Customer have been obtained experimentally and are shown.
