Acquired competences
● students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of the peculiarities of operation and design of fuel system elements of modern marine internal combustion engines.
Learning outcomes
● knowledge of the peculiarities of using different types of fuels in marine internal combustion engines;● knowledge of the design features of the fuel equipment of marine internal combustion engines;● ability to select the optimal fuel system equipment depending on different operating conditions.

Topic 2. General characteristics of fuel systems of marine internal combustion engines.
Topic 3: Main performance indicators of fuel equipment.
Content module 2: Features of the design and operation of fuel equipment of marine internal combustion engines.
Topic 4. Fuel equipment of direct injection systems.
Topic 5. Fuel equipment of hydraulically operated systems.
