Basic requirements:
● higher specialised education (we consider students)
● technical English, at the level of understanding of the ToR
● expert level knowledge of Windows operating systems
● system administrator level understanding of the TCP\IP stack
● Communication skills and experience in providing technical support to both local and remote users, as well as users of branches.
● Restraint, ability to explain ‘why’ and ‘why not’ in an accessible manner
● A driver's licence of category ‘B’ is required
