The problem to be solved by the research work
Predicting the dynamic stress of gas turbine engine parts and assemblies is one of the most difficult and currently unsolved tasks facing engine developers at the design and assembly stage in terms of strength parameters. The analysis of natural frequencies and vibration shapes of the designed parts is an integral part of solving the problem of predicting and reducing the dynamic stress of the parts. At the design stage, this problem is solved using computational methods. However, such methods do not allow to fully take into account the individual manufacturing features of a particular part, deviations in geometry and material properties. The results obtained by using calculation methods are indicative and allow you to make decisions in general, without taking into account the individual characteristics of the parts. To determine the actual values of the natural frequencies and waveforms of specific parts, it is necessary to use experimental methods. The method of electron speckle interferometry used to determine the vibration characteristics of blades is an experimental method developed and implemented by the authors
Object and subject of the research work
The object of study is the processes of resonant mechanical vibrations of blades. The ultimate goal of the project is to determine the frequency spectrum and natural vibration shapes of the parts provided by the customer
Purpose of the research work
The goal is to determine the frequency spectrum and natural vibration shapes of the parts provided by the customer, and to place the nodal lines individually for each blade.
